Dear Chin Tzu,

HAPPY 17th BIRTHDAY! Sorry, we weren't able to celebrate it with you today, because there were things going on here and there.

I'm sure I don't need to repeat how much I love you in this post again, because you know I love you a lot, and you're one of the bestest friends I've ever made in my entire life.

2013's the first year into JC and life can be really tough, but hang in there and think of your friends when you're going to break down. I really hope we can become your mental support and keep you going whenever you're feeling down. I'm really glad to see that you've made so many friends in 13S71, and things are turning out the opposite way than you've expected. Have fun with your class in JC, remember YOLJCO.

Thanks for being such an awesome and punny friend, no other friend I've made can ever replace you. You own, for being punny, so keep it that way. Continue to punning your way through JC like a boss. Now that you're officially 17, I wish you all the best in achieving your tai tai dream!
